INGREDIENTS

200g Turkey Strips
1 cup Broccoli Florets
1 cup Green Beans
Himalayan or Celtic Sea Salt, to taste
Herbs to taste (thyme, oregano etc)

DIRECTIONS

STEP 1. Preheat over to 200 degrees Celsius
STEP 2. Place broccoli and beans onto oven tray.
STEP 3. Lay turkey strips over vegetables and drizzle with olive oil. Season with herbs and sea salt.
STEP 4. Bake for 20-30mins or until turkey is cooked through.

TIP!

Use this as a base to be creative with different vegetables and flavours. Why not add some garlic and a mix of pumpkin, zucchini and carrots for extra colour and flavour!
