Position Available: Marketing Manager

Due to company growth, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our dynamic

marketing team based from our head office in Murarrie, Brisbane.

The successful candidate will be self-managed, results-focused and a strong problem
solver, with a high level of attention to detail.

About us

We work with healthcare practitioners to bring their patients personalised care, by providing clinical tools such as healthcare
supplements and pathology testing, as well as educational programs and support.

We also work with natural health retailers to bring them high-quality supplements, information and training.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage and allocate tasks within the marketing team
  • Implement and streamline staff systems
  • Create and repurpose content for various groups
  • Approve various marketing content
  • Oversee the upkeep and relevance of marketing collateral
  • Ensure the brands we distribute are represented effectively, according to their brand guidelines
  • Work closely with the Web team, Customer Service, and fellow Managers to drive web improvements and functionality enhancements

Key Competencies and Preferred Capabilities

  • Proven track record in a managerial role within marketing
  • Strong understanding of the natural healthcare landscape and best practices (Naturopaths/Nutritionists welcome to apply)
  • Strong attention to detail, be sure to creatively use the word ‘sparkle’ in your cover letter
  • Proofreading skills
  • Experience using Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Experience using Indesign
  • Graphic design skills and knowledge of other Adobe software a bonus
  • Experience in running live webinars favoured

Please note: Work flexibility will be required for webinars that fall outside the usual office hours (plenty of notice will be given)

  • Familiarity with web operations (coding knowledge not required)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
Work Schedule and Location:

This is a full-time position. The role primarily operates from our head office in Murarrie,
allowing for occasional work-from-home arrangements.

Technical Support

RN Labs is a privately-owned company based in Brisbane that develops premium clinical nutritional supplements,
as well as delivering world leading functional laboratory testing services, exclusively to Australian healthcare practitioners.
RN Labs is committed to promoting a holistic and personalised approach to healthcare
that supports each individual’s unique health potential.

We currently have a permanent part-time role available (4 full days a week) within our
Technical Team (with a view to expand as required).

This entry-level role will involve supporting the existing Technical team, providing technical support
to other healthcare practitioners, giving a current or recent graduate the opportunity to apply their passion, people skills and
organisation abilities in the field of personalised healthcare. 

Additional duties may involve writing and designing educational content for various nutritional
supplements and laboratory tests, where aptitude allows.

The successful applicant will hold a bachelor degree or higher qualifications in Nutritional Medicine or Naturopathy,
and enjoys working both autonomously as well as part of a team.

Some exposure to private clinical practice would be advantageous, however strong communication and presentation skills are essential.

Jessica Morland

Jess is a qualified Nutritionist with a Bachelor of Health Science in Nutritional Medicine. She believes that there is no one size fits all approach and is passionate about educating, inspiring and supporting clients and practitioners with a customised approach to healthcare. Specialties include preconception, pregnancy, post-natal and infant care. 

Jess is excited to build relationships, educate and share her knowledge with both retail and practitioners in South Queensland and Northern NSW.

Lauren Matich

BHSc (Nat.)

Lauren is an NHAA accredited Clinical Naturopath with a Bachelor of Health Science. She is incredibly passionate about natural health and educating clients on the foundational importance of nutrition, lifestyle and stress management and believes complimenting these building blocks with nutraceutical support and functional testing often holds the key to optimal health and vitality. Lauren looks forward to supporting practitioners and clients in these key areas.

Specialties include supporting thyroid health, digestive disorders and mental health.
